Efficiency Orders (6 or More Single Transfers)
To help our team process and ship orders quickly and efficiently, any order containing 6 or more single transfers will be printed and shipped as a “gang sheet.”
This means your transfers will arrive together on one large sheet and will not be cut individually.
Printing this way allows our warehouse team to complete orders faster, ensuring your packages go out as quickly as possible.
Reprint, File & DTF Policy
File Setup / Artwork Responsibility
- We print your artwork exactly as it is uploaded. Please double-check that your file is:
- Sized correctly
- High resolution (300 DPI recommended)
- Transparent background (no unwanted boxes or backgrounds)
- Final and print-ready
We do not edit, resize, or remove backgrounds unless that service has been purchased.
By placing an order, you agree that your file is final and ready to print.
As of 11/4/2025, we size all transfers by their longest edge. For example:
- If a design is taller than it is wide, we size it by the height.
- If it’s wider than it is tall, we size it by the width.
This ensures perfect proportions every time.
Transfer Sizing Notice
📏 Please Note: All transfers are printed based on the longest side of the design.
Be sure to select the correct size for your project — the opposite side will scale proportionally.
Example:
If you order an 8" transfer, the longest side (height or width) will measure 8", and the other dimension will adjust automatically to keep the design’s original proportions.
✅ Tip: Always double-check your item’s printable area (shirt, pocket, apron, etc.) before ordering to ensure the perfect fit!
Reprints / Refunds
Reprints are only issued if there is a print defect or production error on our end.
To qualify for a reprint:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup
- Include clear photos of the issue (PHOTOS MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE CUTTING YOUR SHEETS UP PLEASE)
- The issue must be related to print quality or production (blurred print, missing ink, incorrect item, etc.)
- We cannot reprint or refund for:
- Low-resolution or pixelated artwork
- Incorrect sizing or scaling in the file you uploaded
- Files with solid/non-transparent backgrounds
- Color differences between your screen and the printed item
- Pressing or application errors (wrong temp, pressure, time, peeling, etc.)
Direct To Film (DTF) Transfers
You are purchasing a single DTF transfer that requires a heat press to apply.
The great thing about DTF is that it can be applied to almost any material that can go under a heat press!
DTF Pressing Instructions
- Temp: 270–275°F
- Pressure: Heavy (8–9 PSI)
- Pre-press: 7 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
- Press: 8–15 seconds, peel HOT
- Re-press: 8 seconds with parchment paper (no cooling needed before removing)
⚠️ Important:
Every heat press is different — temps and pressure are not always accurate or even. Adjusting for your individual press is necessary. We highly recommend using a heat gun to verify temperature accuracy.
We are not responsible for any pressing issues due to inaccurate temperature or pressure.
Color Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly between batches and screens. We aim for consistency, but small differences may occur due to monitor settings and ink variation.
Storing DTF Transfers
- Proper storage is key to keeping your transfers in perfect condition:
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat or direct sunlight
- Keep humidity below 50% to prevent moisture from affecting adhesive powder
- Lay transfers flat and horizontal in an airtight container or box to prevent dust
- Avoid storing near heating vents or warm areas
- Write the date received on your transfers to ensure you use the oldest first
- While there’s no strict shelf life, we recommend using transfers within 30 days, though they can last up to 12 months when properly stored.
Caring for Pressed Garments
- To keep your designs vibrant:
- Wash garments inside out on a cool cycle
- Hang dry for best longevity (or tumble dry low/no heat if needed)
- Do not wash for at least 48 hours after pressing to allow full cure
- Avoid heat during washing or drying, as heat can degrade transfers
- Failure to follow care instructions or excessive heat can cause fading or damage.
Our goal is to keep your graphics looking as great as the day you pressed them!
Turnaround Time / Choose Your Speed
We offer multiple production speeds so you can choose what works best for your deadline:
- Standard Speed: 1–3 business days before shipping or pickup
- Next-Day Speed: Printed next business day
- Same-Day Speed: Printed same day (cutoff times apply)

Please note that our Gang Sheet TAT options refer only to production turnaround times — not shipping times.
Once your order is completed and leaves our warehouse, shipping is handled by the carrier and typically takes an estimated 3–7 business days.
While we always do our best to get your orders out quickly, we unfortunately have no control over carrier delivery speeds or delays once a package is in transit.
Same-Day & Next-Day Gang Sheet Orders
When placing an order that includes same-day or next-day gang sheets, please be aware that adding any additional items to the same order may delay your turnaround time.
All non–rush items follow our standard 1–3 business day turnaround, and your entire order will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
If you need your same-day or next-day gang sheets to ship before the other items in your order, you will be required to pay additional shipping charges for separate shipments.
Thank you for understanding — this helps us ensure accurate turnaround times and fast delivery for all customers.
📦 Hectic Momma Printing – Package & Delivery Policy
📬 Tracking & Delivery Updates
All orders include tracking. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Hectic Momma Printing is no longer responsible for the handling or movement of the package.
Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS/UPS, and any delivery concerns must be addressed with the carrier.
🔍 📦 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package shows as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please complete the following required steps:

Check all entrances, mailboxes, parcel lockers, and surrounding areas

Confirm with household members or neighbors

Wait 24 hours — USPS/UPS may scan packages early

Contact your local Post Office or UPS facility with your tracking number
(They can view the exact GPS scan location for the delivery)
We cannot replace or refund orders marked as Delivered by the carrier unless the carrier confirms a delivery issue.
❗ Missing / Lost / Stolen Packages
If your package has no tracking movement for 7 full business days, we will consider it “Lost in Transit.”
Once the 7-business-day period has passed, please reach out and we will assist with next steps.
Hectic Momma Printing is not responsible for:

Packages stolen after delivery

Packages delivered to the correct address but not retrieved

Packages marked as Delivered but not claimed
If USPS/UPS confirms the package cannot be located, we will help you proceed from there.
🛍️ Wrong Address Entered at Checkout
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If USPS/UPS determines your package was not properly delivered or your package shows no movement for 7 business days, we are happy to assist and can offer next steps.
