    Bad Transfer

    I received a bad transfer with my order, when I contacted was told to send pics of front and back of transfer. It's clear on the transfer the issue , I had. to contact again on what was going to be done, and was told I should be able to use the bad transfer. When I responded with NO, then they said oh yes we see the issue and would make order good. I still haven't received my transfer . Very unhappy with the customer service .
